Originally a dated one bedroom mansion block apartment. By reconfiguring the layout we removed internal walls and chimney Breasts. We stripped the walls back to the brickwork and carried out a full refurbishment including rewire re-plumb.

By moving the walls we made the bedroom larger and installed Crittal style internal doors separating the reception room and bedroom. This not only made the bedroom larger it gave a much more spacious feel to the apartment.
